yesterday’s high-traffic day was fun, thanks to everyone who linked to our valentines via ‘gum. that’s nice.
- There is a short but sweet list of comedians I hate, and Carlos Mencia is right up on the top. Joe Rogan gives him the ass-kicking of a lifetime in this video from The Comedy Store. See, apparently Carlos Mencia likes to steal jokes. The video is kinda long and annoyingly edited, but it’s still interesting. And who knew that I would gain a newfound respect for Joe Rogan? That was unexpected. (via)
- lets say you’re in a small town in Connecticut watching Dreamgirls in the theater when an SUV drives straight in through the wall. How awesome would that be? (the picture is worth the click…)
- Arcade Fire to play SNL with Rainn Wilson hosting.
- Lost returned to form last night, I think. Its about time my favorite shows stop disappointing me. Yeah I’m talking to you 24. Although Survivor seems like it will be batshit insane this season.

I saw Dreamgirls last night too, w/out the SUV. A pretty good flic, I can understand why Hudson and Murphy will win Oscars, but can also understand why it fell short of being nominated for best picture.
I bailed on 24 after they offed Curtis.

Lost is describing the viewers more than the characters these days… this latest episode merely created more questions to add to the long list which is baffling the (dwindling) millions of viewers. Next week, though, they promise that 2 of the baffling mysteries will be revealed. Can’t wait!
