I Am Obsessed
I don’t remember Curling in the Olympics getting so much screen time (insert NBC sucks statement here, but leave my man Costas out of it, he’s gotta eat you know) but i’m sure glad this tournament keeps going. Curling is so strangely satisfying to watch, reminds me of being a kid growing up on the opposite side of the river from Windsor. My sister and I would normally watch some Polka Dot Door (feel free to click that link if you sprinkled LSD on your Wheaties this morning, Polkaroo) which would then be replaced with Curling from the CBC. I’d like to be clear: I don’t much care for the USA Men’s team though, I’m just here for the ladies. Particularly my curling crush Nicole Joraanstad . You can even twitterfollow her @Niccurl. The men just seem lazy and are particularly bad at their job.
Both the Women’s & Men’s teams are 2-5 which is not so good, currently both in last place but there’s a few games left including two games today for the ladies, China & Switzerland. So go team USA, here’s hoping everyone else loses big time… Most markets are showing curling coverage on a combo of MSNBC and CNBC.
Next, lets get more cute curlers naked, like Madeline Dupont of Denmark (via).

Being unemployed, I have watched almost every sport, curling included. I was just discussing earlier in the week how I was strangely attracted to Madeline Dupont’s sister.

I hope you got some time with the Russian women on your TV. I think you would like them.
I can’t stop watching and will be curling in MD in April. Norway’s men’s pants rule.
